The stage goes live at 12:15 PM most people have already checked in and picked up their race T-shirts by then. The race starts promptly at 1:00 PM and will wrap up by 3:00 PM.
You also have the option of setting up a vendor table and tent, and banner & chairs also. We like for vendors to set up by 10:00 a.m. If you have a table, please bring.
You can give away anything that you want to including company swag, information sheets, snacks, candy, granola bars, bananas, etc. Anything to draw people to your table!
Remember to dress patriotically and have fun!! Also, we gain an hour as time changes that weekend!
